Internet (we do not undertake conveyancing or litigation), a very high proportion of commercial legal work can be, including perusal and preparation of contracts, tax advice and structures, Company formation, joint ventures, trademark work, Trusts, Wills and indeed any work involving preparation of documentation where costs are traditionally high in Hong Kong. We are greatly assisted by having access to the Hong Kong's Government's efficient on -line services and are able to access the whole of Hong Kong's Ordinances and associated laws 24 hours a day. |
